Variants identified were homozygous missense variants resulting in the alteration of highly conserved residue domains. All individuals reported onset in infancy of recurrent bacterial/ fungal/ viral infections leading to bronchiectasis and poor T-cell proliferation. Treatment: prophylactic antibiotics, IVIG, BMT.
