Green List (high evidence)

Brain calcification is one diagnostic characteristic of leukoencephalopathy, brain calcifications, and cysts (LCC).
Additional cases are found.
PMID 34220662 reports a case with compound heterozygous SNORD118 variants (n.*9C>T and n.3C>T) who had bilateral calcifications.
PMID 28177126 reports 8 unrelated patients with SNORD118 variants who had brain calcification.
PMID 34986804 reports a patient with compound heterozygous SNORD118 variants (n.*9C>T and n.59 T>C) who had cerebral calcification.
