Orofaciodigital syndrome V is an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by cleft palate/uvula, lobulated tongue, frontal bossing, hypertelorism, postaxial polydactyly, and impaired intellectual development. at least 4-5 families reported currently. Functional studies present showing impaired ciliary signalling. Congenital condition.
