in this review, a total of 5 probands with Van Maldergem syndrome and 6 unrelated families with Hennekam lymphangiectasia-lymphedema syndrome were assessed.

9/15 with short stature, 3/13 microcephaly, 2/6 with PVNH, 6/15 with neonatal hypotonia, 5/14 with syndactyly, 3/13 with small kidneys
