Description
This panel is maintained by the Royal Melbourne Hospital for use in the Royal Melbourne Hospital "adult" neurogenetics clinic. It contains genes that cause white matter disorders (including leukoencephalopathies) with an adolescent or adult onset.

This is a consensus panel used by VCGS.

This panel has been compared against the Genomics England PanelApp 'White matter disorders - adult onset' panel, and all discrepancies have been resolved, with reciprocal feedback provided to Genomics England, 21/6/2020.

Where age of onset is unclear, please use the Leukodystrophy Superpanel, which also includes childhood onset conditions.
