Severe metabolic disorder characterized by neurodevelopmental delay and regression, prominent pyramidal and extrapyramidal signs, recurrent petechiae, orthostatic acrocyanosis, and chronic diarrhoea. Brain MRI shows necrotic lesions in deep gray matter structures.
