Immunodeficiency-42 is an autosomal recessive primary immunodeficiency characterized by increased susceptibility to mycobacterial and candidal infections beginning in infancy. Patients vaccinated with BCG are particularly at risk for developing disseminated mycobacterial infections. Three unrelated families reported.
