PMID: 31473062 - missense variant (p.Ala187Val) segregated in a family with short sleep cycle. CRISPR-cas9 mouse model also recapitulated the phenotype. Rare in gnomAD (11 hets).
Transfected cells also demonstrated protein instability, decreased cAMP production

PMID: 34716504 - missense variants (p.Gly389Arg) in a cohort with takotsubo cardiomyopathy, but a common poly in gnomAD
